Dry July: How Much is Too Much?
Last week, we introduced Dry July. We highlighted the fact that, while alcoholism and severe illnesses caused by drinking are a huge problem, even a small amount of alcohol can negatively affect your health. From making you more susceptible to illness, to wearing down your organs, alcohol is never good for you.
But many of us Aussies like a drink. And being part of our culture, there isn’t anything inherently wrong with drinking occasionally. Keeping on top of how much you are drinking is important to make sure you don’t overdo it.
As with everything, moderation is key. So, how much is too much?
